I just received a ton of great feedback from a survey I sent out to my customers!
Here are their comments:
“Megan gives her (my dog) so much love and attention. I have been to so many other dog sitters across the U.S. and Bark Avenue is by far the best.”
“My dog is very happy to see both Kristin and Megan. She is comfortable and excited to go out with them, that is the most important.”
“I really appreciate their ability to take care of all of my animals (many types) very reasonable rates, Ability to fill-in (take care of my pets) on short notice”
“Megan is responsible and that is something a pet owner needs to know”
“The dog walkers at Bark Ave are pet-loving folks who care about my dogs. I enjoy the notes I receive each time they let the dogs out”
“I like receiving the cute daily notes. I also appreciate the flexibility if plans change with work. I love the enthusiasm around my dog….this makes his day and makes me feel more relaxed knowing that he is getting exercise and is loved while I’m away! I like the individualized walks with undivided attention!”
When asked how we could improve:
“I am unsure how else they could improve…They have always been able to accommodate me and our needs. I really love Bark Avenue!”
“We are very pleased with Bark Avenue, Etc and cannot think of anything that needs improvement”
